About us and Puky

Playmotion is an independent family run business based in Kent.   It was established by me, Daniel Messer a dad at home to two young boys, in spring 2005 shortly after I saw a little boy whizz past me on a Puky Learner bike. 

Like many parents I have been frustrated by the lack of good design and quality employed in many children’s toys available in high street shops.     I really believe that the best toys should engage both the body and the imagination and they should be robust enough to survive the most energetic of games. 

I have genuine faith in the products we sell.  All our products have been road-tested by our children and friends and have received many awards for their construction, design and safety.  All our customers have been very happy   with our products and service and we are sure this will always be the case.
